I am sorry for not getting to you for so long. This song is about our youth generation, not so much the American one as I see it. It talks about how we just are contented with anything, even bad things that are going on and are blind to reality of things. And because of our blindness to bad things, out world has become grey like really gray clouds on the sky. We cannot make a difference between white and black because of ignoring the black... Then there are angels from Heaven coming down to show us the reality and to tear those paper bags apart. Kind of reminds me of evangelism in general when i think about it...
